I snapped a few pictures of Pikes Peak in late March. The below are the result. There had been severe snowstorms a couple of weeks before this, but the weather had turned quite moderate. It was a clear, warm day. It's kind of interesting to me as a photographer how a slightly different location and time can produce a much different picture in terms of vividness of color and definition despite the same camera settings. The picture immediately below was taken about ten minutes later from a position a few miles north.
