Crossing the Des Moines River in Ottumwa, Iowa

Sunday, July 7, 2013, about 8 a.m. local time. Nothing special, like all of my videos, just a casual view of the American heartland. I took this video in Ottumwa, Iowa (Southeast of Des Moines). That is Turkey Island in the distance across the water, and we wind up at Riverside Park as we cross the river from East to West on Wapello Street.
